libspice-client-glib-2.0-8 software package provides GObject for communicating with Spice servers (runtime library), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libspice-client-glib-2.0-8
libspice-client-glib-2.0-8 is installed in your system.
